Chesterfield FC has recently implemented Uniguest’s Sports Hub platform at the SMH Group Stadium, enhancing the fan experience with approximately 40 screens throughout the venue. This innovative system integrates IPTV and digital signage management, covering concourses, hospitality lounges, offices, and reception areas at the club's home ground. The deployment allows Chesterfield to centrally manage content, layouts, and scheduling, offering flexibility across different areas of the stadium. The integration of Sky Bright Box enables various screens to showcase different channels simultaneously, while real-time event triggers display goals, substitutions, and match results across the network. Club chairman Ashley Kirk emphasized the importance of investing in the stadium to boost both fan pride and commercial opportunities. He noted that sponsors benefit from exposure to 8,500 attendees every matchday, making the investment worthwhile. The Sports Hub also supports the club's non-matchday activities, allowing hospitality suites to feature branded content for corporate events. Chesterfield FC, one of England's oldest football clubs founded in 1866, has seen attendance figures more than double in recent seasons, showcasing the growing support for the team.
